At DMT Stores, we offer a 30-day return policy on all electronics to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-performance tech. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and serial numbers intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your DMT Stores account, navigate to your order history, and select 'Request Return' to receive a Pre-Authorized Return Label.

  Prepare the Device

  Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and securely pack the item in its original box with all cables, manuals, and components.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of authorization.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
